  Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for products that have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged after delivery.

  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with clear photographs/videos of the issue.
  

Self-Shipping for Returns

Please note that we currently do not offer reverse pickup.

For an eligible return, you will need to self-ship the product using any reliable courier service to the return address provided by our support team.

Please ensure that the product is securely packed and returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was delivered.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

For eligible prepaid/online orders, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method/bank account, as applicable.

Important: Refunds via bank transfer are applicable only to prepaid/online payments made through our website. For COD orders, the applicable refund/exchange method will be communicated by our support team.
